OK. Don't book your plane tickets just yet. And nothing is ever official until Libera says it's official. But apparently "someone" has booked the PICC or Philippine International Convention Center for a Libera concert on October 22, 2011! You can see it here. This is where Libera has performed in the past when in Manila. Thanks to Enyu for tweeting it to us. So let's keep watching for some sort of official announcement soon! :D
