"Winter Songs" CD/DVD

Libera's "Winter Songs" CD/DVD was released today in Japan! Our friend, Hagy, says that the DVD is of "Eternal Light," but it is a different version than we've ever seen before. It is the long-awaited video they took outside in a park. These are the photos Libera had shared with us back in September 2010. Lucky Japan! :D

Hagy took some screen captures of "Eternal Light" which you can see on her blog here. The boys all look sooo young compared to now!

Hope this album sells well and that we get to see this video on YouTube soon. Thank you, Hagy! Thank you, Libera! :)

Peace Deluxe Now Available in the US

Peace Deluxe has now arrived in the US! So if you've been waiting to buy it, now is the time! Our local Barnes & Noble store just got it in today! It's in their Classical Vocalists section for $16.99. Our Borders does not have it in store.

Peace Deluxe USA Price Update

Wow! Amazon.com has lowered the price of Peace Deluxe USA! It was $31.01, but now it is $16.98! The release date is still February 15, 2011. Preorders are being taken. If you already ordered it, don't worry. All preorders will get the lowest price as of Feb. 15. You can order it here.

Peace Deluxe USA Update

The Amazon.com website says Peace Deluxe will be released in the US on February 15, 2011. It is available for pre-orders at $31.01 here.

Peace Deluxe USA Release

Well, the December 7th US release date for Peace Deluxe has come and gone. I know that many people in different countries are having a difficult time finding Peace Deluxe. As you know from prior posts, we ordered ours from HMV in Japan. But we wondered if the rest of America would be able to buy it starting yesterday.

We went to Borders Bookstore (which always carries Libera) and Barnes & Noble Bookstore last night. I didn't think we'd find a huge Libera display, but there's NO Peace Deluxe in sight! We had employees of each store look it up. It's nowhere in their systems! Nothing at BestBuy either. The B&N guy said it looks like it's available only through Amazon.com. 

The US and Canada Amazon sites both show Peace Deluxe as "Temporarily Out of Stock." When you go to Libera's Facebook page and click on Peace Deluxe, orders through the US or Canada Amazon send you directly to Amazon.co.uk.

Japan 2010 Tour Video

Peace Deluxe Details

The Japan release for the Peace Deluxe CD + DVD is today!!! The UK EMI site has this picture of the items included. You can see the CD booklet that unfolds to a poster with 18 boys' pictures and 22 signatures. I like this a lot!! There is an 18-month calendar with a picture for each month and the lyrics of the songs on the back. Please let me know if anyone receives it before I do!  :)

2 New Libera Videos!

Libera posted 2 new videos on YouTube today. An HD version of them will be on their new Peace Deluxe CD.

Japan Peace Deluxe CD + DVD

There is a special Japan Peace Deluxe CD + DVD with extra features. Thanks to rabbie from Japan for telling us about it. It seems to have everything the regular Peace Deluxe CD + DVD has except the cover is different (very pretty), and I don't see anything about a poster. Plus there ARE 3 other videos:

1. "Far Away" Japan edition
2. "You Were There" Japan edition
3. A behind-the-scenes short film about 30 minutes long featuring Libera's arrival at Narita Airport, footage and members comments from their April 2010 concert. That would be really cool to see! Wonder if they'll do something like this for the US version with US concert footage.
